About this project

Completed as part of a Procedural Content Generation module, this project explored terrain and environment generation using Houdini FX with Unreal Engine integration.

Implemented multi-layer terrain with erosion, layered materials, WFC-based building placement, and grammar-driven building generation. Explored procedural animations, asset scattering, and physics-based building simulation (limited by hardware).

The project strengthened understanding of PCG techniques, Houdini workflows, and integration with game engines, with interest in future implementation via pure algorithms.
