About this project

Created in 1 day during the UoL Bonfire Game Jam (theme: “Warmth”), this physics-based platformer puts the player in control of a jumping tea bag trying to reach a cup of boiling water.

Implemented directional and jump-magnitude controls using the mouse, with space for jump activation. Added a “water temperature” timer to introduce urgency, and simple hazards like toasters and pins for challenge.

The prototype features custom sprites, animations, and sound effects, showcasing rapid prototyping and experimentation with physics-based mechanics.
